BEING A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS FOR ANNUAL STREET TREE PRUNING CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised by the City Engineer that all
improvements for the Annual Street Tree Pruning Contract have been
completed, and;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends acceptance of the improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that all improvements
be, and the same are hereby, accepted, and that the City Engineer is
hereby ordered to record a Notice of Completion of said improvements.
