BEING A RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND
CALLING FOR BIDS FOR PROCUREMENT OF TWO (2)
6 YARD DUMP TRUCKS
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Campbell has been presented
with specifications for two (2) 6 yard dump trucks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that the specifications for the proposed purchase be, and
they are hereby, adopted and approved, aad that the City Engineer is
authorized and directed to give notice inviting sealed proposals for
said purchase in the manner and for the time prescribed by law, and
present the bids to the City Council for its consideration.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of MAY 1990, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers: KOTOWSKI, WATSON, CONANT, BURR, ASHWORTH
NOES: Councilmembers: NONE
