BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR THE CAMPBELL AVENUE/GILMAN AVENUE TRAFFIC SIGNAL AND
AUTHORIZING CALL FOR BIDS
WHEREAS, On March 6, 1990 the City Council of the City of
Campbell approved the recommendation that a traffic signal be
installed at Campbell Avenue and Gilman Avenue; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications have been completed and
reviewed by the Director of Public Works and have been
presented to the City Council for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the plans and
specifications for construction of a traffic signal at
Campbell Avenue and Gilman Avenue are approved, and the
Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to call for
bids.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this I5th day of MAy , 1990, by
the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers = KOTOWSKI, WATSON, CONANT, BURR, ASHWORTH
NOES: Councilmembers - NONE
ABSENT: Councilmembers = NONE
