BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL COMMENDING RICHARD ULLMANN FOR 28 YEARS OF
DEDICATED SERVICE TO THE CAMPBELL UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT
WHEREAS, Richard Ullmann has served Campbell Union School District
since 1962, and dedicated his energies to the District's Curriculum
Program for the past 22 years; and
WHEREAS, for twelve years he has directed the District Writing Faire
which has become a major school community event each spring; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Ullmann is an educator whose commitment to quality
curriculum and instruction has inspired teachers to reach for excellence
in the classroom; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Ulimann's contribution to Curriculum and, in particular,
this annual faire, has been a unique and creative service to staff,
parents, and most of all, the children of Campbell Union School District;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, John J. Ashworth, Mayor of the City of Campbell,
do hereby proclaim May 21, 1990 as "RICHARD ULLMANN DAY" in the City of
Campbell and hereby express on behalf of the City Council its
appreciation to Richard Ullmann for his valuable service to the Campbell
Union School District.

call vote:
